Our presenter is Mr ING Kvanthai, a PhD Student in Educational Development at the Royal University of Phnom Penh/CDRI. He will share his findings and recommendations on improving the living conditions of people affected by floods. We also have Mr NONG Monin, CDRI's Research Fellow, as the discussant, who will give his feedback and insights on the research topic. And our moderator is Ms KHOEM Koembuoy, CDRI's Research Associate, who will facilitate the discussion.
